Richard was born April 10, 1957 in Los Angeles, California to Consuelo Giron and Mike M. Torres. He had been in a bowling league and enjoyed playing baseball.
Survivors include his son, Richard Torres Jr. and his wife Lesley of Arizona; his mother, Consuelo Torres of Deming; 2 brothers, Mike Torres and his wife Amparo, David Torres all of Deming and 2 grandchildren, Ava & Alia. He was preceded in death by his father, Mike M. Torres.
