Mr. Richard (Solt) Soltesz, age 67, beloved husband of Sandra Black Soltesz of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday September 19, 2006 in West Palm Beach, FL. Son of the late John and Irene Keleman Soltesz, he was born on August 9, 1939 in Fairfield, CT and raised there until he relocated to Ansonia and then retired to Boynton Beach Florida. Richard served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Harvey Hubbell Inc. Bridgeport, CT. He was a former member of the Ansonia Rod and Gun Club; the High Rock Sportsman’s Assoc; the NRA; a Honorary member of the Florida Sheriff’s Association and an former Honorary Deputy Sheriff, New Haven County in Connecticut. He is survived by his, daughters Sherri Soltesz Maida of Ansonia, Robin Soltesz of Milford, two grandsons, Cody and Jordan Maida, a brother, John Soltesz and his wife Lucille of Boynton Beach, two sisters-in-law, Linda Black of Milford, Debra Black of Orange, two brothers-in-law Richard Black, Jr. of Milford, Ronald Wain of Ansonia; and multiple nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Soltesz Wain.
