RICHARD B. SIWAK, 62, of Quakertown, PA, died Tues. Nov. 3 in St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital. He was a phys ed teacher for over 20 years at Southern Lehigh School District. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Sr. and Helen (Kurtz) Siwak. Surviving: daughter, Toni Siwak of Palmerton; brother, Joseph J. Jr. and wife Connie of Quakertown; nieces and nephews.
