Richard W. Siegfried Richard W. Siegfried, 72, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 7, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of the late Elinora (Hendricks) Siegfried, who died in 2010, and with whom he shared over 42 years of loving marriage. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Frank W. and Lydia A. (Coken) Siegfried. Richard graduated from Liberty High School in 1956, and then served in the US Navy from 1958 to 1962. He later worked for St. Lukes Hospital, retiring in 1998. He was a Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 346 of Bethlehem Township, and enjoyed his family, being outdoors, and reading western novels and watching western movies. Richard was a member of St. Stephens Evangelical Lutheran Church. Survivors: daughter Lydia A. Siegfried of Northampton, with whom he resided; son R. Todd Siegfried and his wife Jeanine of Hanover Township; grandsons Jason and Ryan. Richard was predeceased by his brother, James J. Siegfried.
