Richard Ross age 81, of Hammond, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2015.
Richard is survived by his children: Richard Ross, Linda (Young) Winebrenner, Joyce (Michael) Howard, Diana (John) Flores, Kathy Ross and Patrick Ross; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister in law Aggie Ross; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Cecilia; brothers: Ed, Joe, Len and Al; sister Caroline.
Richard proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Abex. He was a practical joker and enjoyed traveling, country and western music, watching wrestling and playing Yahtzee.
Most of all, Richard cherished the time spent with his family. He was a wonderful father and the greatest grandpa anyone could wish for.
