Richard W. LoGiudice, 70, of Prospect passed peacefully to heavenly rest at his home while surrounded by the love of his family. Ricky was the son of the late Girolamo and Margaret (Seipp) LoGiudice. He was born March 31, 1951 in Waterbury, Ct.
Ricky was a testament to the love and compassion of his parents who fought against the popular culture to raise and parent their son with cerebral palsy in their home. After his parents’ deaths, his sister Lisa Relva and her family lovingly cared for him in their home for the past eighteen years. He relished the simple gifts of life that can so often be taken for granted.
Ricky leaves to cherish his love and memory his brother Michael and wife Stella LoGiudice of Cheshire, his sister Lisa and husband Michael Relva of Prospect and niece Taylor with whom he lived, his niece Jenna LoGiudice and husband Michael Catanese of Cheshire, their four children and his nephew Michael LoGiudice Jr. of Prospect. Ricky also leaves his uncle Tony LoGiudice.
Ricky’s family would like to thank Sherri Bell “his guardian angel” for her support, love and care during these past difficult days of his illness.
