TORRINGTON –VICKERS – Richard “Richie” Vickers, 51, of Torrington, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was born August 28, 1968 in Winsted; the son of the late Frederick and Mildred (Labbie) Vickers. He is survived by his brother, Fred Vickers and his wife Diane, his sister, Vickie Franculli and her husband Frank; nephews, Chris and Shane Vickers; and his stepmother, Diane Vickers. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his niece, Audrey Vickers.
