Richard R “Dick” Tinsley, 76, of Anderson, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 4, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
He was born on April 11, 1940 in Anderson, where he resided all of his life. Richard graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1958, and he served his country in the Unites States Air Force Reserve. He retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 30 years of service.
He was a member of Valley Grove Free Will Baptist Church, and he loved to spend time with his Britney Spaniels. Richard is survived by numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Tinsley, and his father, Ralph N. Tinsley.
