Richard Reid Charles, 73, of Youngsville passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023. He was born December 2, 1949, in Hertford County, NC to the late William Thomas and Beverly Daniels Charles. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Deeley Charles, and his older brother Thomas Daniel Charles.
He is survived by a brother Billy Charles, a son, Christopher Charles, a daughter, Laura Charles Hilla and four grandchildren, Matthew Hilla, Natalie Charles, Ashley Charles and Cameron Charles.
