Richard was born at home in Irene, South Dakota
on his parent’s farm in 1928. He was captain
of his high school football team, and spent
over 50 years with his Prom Queen Marian.
Richard was a millwright and a farmer,
even in Fountain Hills with tomato plants
and cucumbers galore! He welcomed all
to his home and was a great teacher
of the trades to his family. He had 4 children,
6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
We love and miss you, Dad and Grandpa,
until we meet again.
