Richard Palomino Ortega, 59, of Boerne, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018.
Richard was born on September 4, 1959 in Kerrville to George and Connie Ortega. He was a proud Boerne Greyhound and spent some time in the Army. He worked as a carpenter-glazer, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding his motorcycle, playing pool, and camping.
Richard is survived by his wife, Jody Fuhrman; his children, Aaron Ortega, Kristin Ortega (Brian), Steven Ray Ortega, and Jessica Rae Ortega; his stepson, Cory Ashton Fuhrman; his grandchildren, Jarrett, Jaydn, Amiya, Kailey, Jestyn, and Kynzlee; his parents; George and Connie Ortega; his siblings, Eddie (Diane) Ortega, Ray (Cher) Ortega, Trish Ortega, and Arthur Ortega; and his pets, Daisy and Chula.
He was preceded in death by his uncles, Jessie Palomino and Clemente Ortega; his aunt, Tilly Ortega; and his grandmother, Juanita Palomino.
