Richard Neil Lewis, Sr., 81 of Terre Haute, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 3:32 PM at Springhill Village. He was born in Highsplint, KY on February 21, 1935 to Joseph Lewis and Nannie Rutherford Lewis. Richard was a retired welder from J. I. Case and also was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and also served with the 181st Air National Guard.
