Richard “Rick” Allen passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Kindred Hospital in Green Cove Springs, FL after a brief illness, with his wife of 33 years by his side. He was born on June 28, 1957 in Jacksonville, FL.
Left to mourn Richard’s passing are his wife, Susan; twin brother, Randall, niece, Pam, nephew, Scott and their families; many cousins and their families, friends, neighbors; and his wife’s family and acquaintances at Orange Park Medical Center where his wife, Susan, worked for 35 years.
