Richard is survived by his daughter, Jenny Garrison & her husband, Ron of Worthington, WV; Fiancé, Lona E. Henry of Weston, WV; four step-daughters, Rebecca Bales of Weston, WV, Barbara Badisman & her husband, Roy of Philippi, WV, Joetta Anderson & her husband, George of Jane Lew, WV and Kathy Burkhammer of Weston, WV; a step-son, Frank Donaldson & his wife, Lorreen of Weston, WV; three grandchildren, Tiffany Pigott & her husband Matt, Elicia Garrison and Jacob Garrison; several step grandchildren; a great granddaughter, Audra Pigott; several nieces & nephews.
