Richard L. Smith, Sr., passed away on November 2, 2015 at the Richard L. Roudebush VMAC Hospital, Indianapolis.
The son of William “Dude” and Pansy (Millspaugh) Smith, he was born on January 21, 1941 in Eaton. Richard attended Eaton High School and served his country in the Navy. In 1962 he married Linda Hankins in Jonesboro, Indiana and together they would have five children.
Richard was a truck driver, working for several companies including; Imperial Cabinets and Taylor and Taylor Trucking.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Smith, five children: Tarinna Morris (Tracy), Diedra Smith (Colby Manzo), Mitzi Beeson (Paul), Richard L. Smith Jr.
