Richard John Stonoha died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Richard, the son of the late Robert and Teresa Stonoha was born April 9, 1952 in Bridgeport, CT. He leaves his wife of 42 years Joanne Filanowski-Stonoha, and his two daughters Karen Stonoha and Laura Stonoha both of Milford. He was predeceased by his son Richard Stonoha Jr. He is survived by his brother Robert Stonoha of Florida, his brother Michael Stonoha of Shelton, his twin brother Stephen Stonoha of Monroe, his brother Gary Stonoha of England, his brother John Stonoha of South Windsor, his sister Elise Persico of Cheshire, and his sister Janice Stonoha of Derby. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.
