Richard I. “Dick” Perrey, 81, of Indianapolis passed away on April 9, 2018. He was born on January 15, 1937 to the late Joseph and Mildred Perrey. He was a graduate of Howe High School, and was an enthusiastic graduate of Purdue University. Richard was employed at Thompson Consumer Electric, formerly RCA for over 29 years as a systems analyst. He married Mildred Joan Freund Perrey on January 10, 1981 in Indianapolis.
Richard is survived by his children Michael (Denise) Perrey, Jeff (Kathy) Perrey, Gregg (Vickie) Perrey, Kathy (Michael Barajas) Perrey; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister Nancy Cockrell; step-children Larry (Connie) Manning, Linda Clifford, Kristi (Mike) Paulin; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in passing by his wife Mildred Joan Perrey.
