He was born on December 25, 1951 in Anniston, AL to the late Basil Hubbell and Barbara Weaver Hubbell. Along with his parents, Rick is preceded in death by his wife Lee Ann Nolen Hubbell and his brother, Franklin Lee Hubbell. He is survived by his daughters, Meghan Hubbell Proctor and her husband Travis, Whitney Hubbell; granddaughter, Evelyn Lee Proctor and his siblings, Kenneth Hubbell (Carole), Scott Hubbell (Liz), Basil Hubbell, III and James Morris.
