Richard Lowry Harmon, age 90, of Birmingham, AL passed away on February 21, 2011. He was a Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He worked many years as an Educational Administrator. He is survived by his wife, Fern B. Harmon; two daughters; four sons; a sister; 25 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.
