Richard Gerard Lambert, age 73 of Westminster died Tuesday July 20, 2010 at Carroll Hospital Center. He was born September 24, 1936 in Belleville, NJ the son of the late William and Mabel Day Lambert. He was the husband of the late Patricia Miller Lambert who died in 2006. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served from 1954 to 1962. He retired in 1996 from the U.S. Government after working at NSA and the CIA. He was a member of the American Legion in Westminster.
