Richard F. Morgan of Beverly passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with prostate cancer at the age of 51. Rich was a printer who co-owned Colornet Printing Company of Moorestown. A community minded person, Rich belonged to Hope Hose Fire Co.#2, and was an NJ Exempt Fireman.
A member of Beverly-Edgewater Park Emergency Squad, at 18, he took the honor of being the youngest Captain of squad. Rich was Scout Master for Troop 24, who also belonged to the Burlington County Council and Eagle Scout Council. He guided numerous kids with their Eagle Scout projects. A former little league coach for Beverly, he also served on the Board of Fire Commissioners, and was the Emergency Management Coordinator for the town. Rich will be remembered for being dedicated to his family, business and friends.
Rich is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Kathy (Nee: Leary) his dear son Patrick, a niece Christy McCurdy, great niece Maureen McCurdy, aunt Margaret Morgan, cousins Dr. Dean (Julie) DeBroekert, Eloise DeBroekert , Albert (Sue) Morgan and Fred Morgan, his mother & father in law Arthur & Jean Leary, business partner Betty Bollinger and many, many lifelong friends.
