Richard passed away Friday, August 14, 2015 at the age of 67. He was born August 27, 1947 in Kalamazoo to the late Rick and Joyce Williams.
He served in the U.S. Army from September of 1966 until honorably discharged in August of 1968. While serving a tour of duty in Vietnam, Richard was awarded the Purple Heart as well as the Bronze Service Star, among his other citations. He was a graduate of Loy Norrix High School as well as the Detroit School of Business.
Richard is survived by his children, Kent (Shana) Daniel and Jason Richards; and 3 grandchildren, Alec, Callie and Becca Daniel.
