Richard Charman, 92, of Deltona, FL and formerly of Bethlehem, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Advent Health in Orange City. He was the husband of the late Mary Jane (Groff) Charman. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late James Ritter and Dorothy (Dutter) Charman. Richard was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1949. He was employed by the Bethlehem Steel for over 40 years until retiring. Richard also owned and operated the family produce farm for 15 years. He was a loving father, devoted husband, loyal friend and a great Weimaraner dad. Richard made smiles contagious.
Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Chris B. Charman and grandchildren Christian C.H. Charman and Jason Stauffer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years Mary Jane, and daughter Debbie Stauffer.
