Richard C. Wesner, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at St. Luke’s Fountain Hill. Born in Bethlehem he was the son of the late Charles and Charlotte (Hess) Wesner. Richard was the husband of Margaret (Shetka) Wesner with whom he shared 65 years of marriage. Richard worked for the accounts payable department at Bethlehem Steel. He proudly served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a member at Emmanuel E. C. Church of Bethlehem. He enjoyed wood working, making gifts for his family.
Survivors: In addition to his wife Margaret, Richard will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Sandra Wood and husband David and Janice Bencak and husband Ernie; daughter-in-law, Tina Sherman; grandchildren, Stephen Wood and wife Carolyn, Daniel Wood and wife Emily, Kevin Wesner, Erin Hawk and husband Scott, Andrea Wesner, Joel Wood and 5 Great Grandchildren. Richard is preceded in death by his son, Curtis Wesner and brothers, Charles Wesner and Edward Wesner.
