Richard “Rick” Arthur Faulkner, 57, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, passed away unexpectedly on November 22, 2022 while on the job.
Rick was born in Crestview, FL on April 26, 1965, to Retired MSgt. Dale Elwin Faulkner and Rebekah Ann Faulkner. Rick and his soul mate, Linda Gail, were married on November 10, 2018, in Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
Being from a military family, Rick traveled the country. He graduated from Ft. Walton Beach High School in 1983. Rick moved from Ft. Walton Beach in 1987 following his dreams as a musician in a band as a guitar player and vocalist. Always wanting to learn something new, Rick earned several different degrees before deciding on his career field as a Two-Way Radio Communications Technician in 1995 in Marietta, GA. Rick moved back to the Ft. Walton Beach area in November 2010 with his job.
Rick was extremely dedicated to his family and his job and would help anyone in need. Rick always poured his heart and soul into everything he did. He was a lifelong musician. His favorite past times were going for rides with his wife on his Harley-Davidson, working on motorcycles, playing guitar, music in general, electronics, and working with wood.
Rick is survived by his loving wife, Linda Gail Faulkner of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; son, Dale Robert Faulkner of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; father and mother, RMSgt. Dale Elwin Faulkner and Rebekah Ann Faulkner of Acworth, GA; brother, Robert “Bob” Dale Faulkner (Kristi); niece, Tiffany Lee Faulkner and step-nephew, Caine Southworth of Acworth, GA, along with several aunts, uncle, step-children, and step-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
