Mr. Brackett was born September 4, 1946 in Millinocket, ME. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy where he served in Vietnam. Mr. Brackett was employed by the Great Northern Paper Company for over 10 years. He retired and moved to Lakeland, FL in 1986.
Mr. Brackett is survived by his beloved wife of 13 years, Linda Brackett; son, Richard Brackett II and his wife, Lisa; daughter, Deborah Molochkovsky and her husband, Vlad; step-daughters, Deborah Amsbary and her husband, Brian and Michelle Adams and her husband, Brian; sister, Sharon Hill; brothers, Robert Hill and Marty Brackett; and 9 grandchildren.
