Richard A. Csaszar, Jr., 60, the beloved husband of Cynthia (Michaud) Csaszar, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 28, 2020 in his home in Manchester, CT. He was born in Manchester on September 24, 1960.
Richard graduated from Windham Technical School, Windham, CT as an Architectural Draftsman, and worked at Gammon & Hoaglund Co., Manchester, CT for over 40 years. He started out as an OD and Cutter Grinder, was instrumental in all facets of cutting tool manufacturing and eventually worked his way up to Plant Manager.
Richard loved NASCAR Racing and was a huge fan of the New England Patriots. He cherished going to the NASCAR races with his son, Joshua Csaszar, his mother, Diane Twarkins (predeceased) and stepfather, Donald Twarkins.
Along with his wife Cynthia, Richard is survived by his son Joshua A. Csaszar. He is also survived by his father, Donald Twarkins of NC; his brother Gary Csaszar and wife Cathy of Manchester, CT; his sister Lisa Gonyaw and husband Gregg of Manchester, CT; his sister Dawn Hunter and husband David of Clayton, NC; his sister Diane Giantonio of Four Oaks, NC and brother-in-law Matthew Giantonio of Garner, NC; his father-in-law Henry W. Michaud, Jr. of Manchester, CT; his sister-in-law Cher Nunez and husband Vincent Jr. of Vernon, CT; sister-in-law Chrystal Delaura and husband Arthur Jr. of East Hartford, CT; and brother-in-law Henry Michaud III, of Manchester, CT. Richard is also survived by his aunt Kathy Voisine and husband Gary of East Hartford, CT, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Richard is predeceased by his daughter Jennifer J. Csaszar, mother Diane (Gero) Twarkins and mother-in-law Jean F. Michaud.
