CHAPEL HILL Mrs. Rhonda Rigsbee Blalock Worley, 59, of 9009 Orange Grove Road, died on Thursday, August 15, . Worley was born in Durham to Calvin Rigsbee and the late Ruth Duke Rigsbee. She was employed as a store manager with Mr. Tire. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya and a granddaughter, Haley.
