Mrs. Rhoda Bell Whitaker, of Indianapolis, passed away on the late evening of Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Madison Healthcare. She was 83. She was born January 2, 1936 in Indianapolis, a daughter of the late Everett L. and Mattie E. Daugherty.
She is survived by her children, Keith Whitaker, Bonnie Frietzsche, Barbara Halliburton and Kenneth Frietzsche; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her brother, Everett Daugherty, a sister, Lavonne Patterson as well as her granddaughter, Sheena.
