Age 65 of Flushing, formerly of Chesaning, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Durand Senior Care Center.A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Wildwood Cemetery.Reyes was born on August 8, 1952 to Reynaldo and Rosalia (Flores) Rodriguez Sr. in San Diego, TX. He married Shelly Jo Perkins on March 23, 1985 at Chesaning First Church of the Nazarene; they celebrated 33 years of marriage this year.Reyes worked as a production worker for many years. He loved model cars and classic cars, and he was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all, he loved being with his family and friends.Reyes is survived by his wife, Shelly Rodriguez; his daughters, Felicia Rodriguez and Jayna Ferris; his siblings, Lydia Gatica, Robert (JoAnn) Rodriguez, Maria Clark, Juan Rodriguez, Miguel (Mary) Rodriguez, Ramiro Rodriguez, and Jose (Helen) Rodriguez; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.He is predeceased by his parents, Reynaldo and Rosalia Rodriguez Sr.; his brother, Reynaldo Rodriguez Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Gatica and Willis Clark.Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
