Rex Allan Pasko, 62, Pendleton, died June 27, 2011 at his residence after an extended battle with cancer. He was born July 4, 1948 in New Castle, and has resided in this area since 1968. Rex was the Director of Sales for Ninestar Connection, formerly Hancock Telecom, for the past 22 years, where he also served on the board for 12 years.
He was a member of the greater Greenfield & Knightstown Chamber of Commerce Boards, a Greenfield Rotarian, President of Hancock County Economic Development Council, President of Pendleton Park Board, and a former member of South Madison Community Foundation.
Survivors include his wife, whom he married, December 7, 1968, Cathy Butler Pasko; daughter, Dr. Jennifer Pasko of Portland, OR; sister, Ruth Frank Almeida of New Palestine; brother & sister-in-law, Dr. Fred & Dr. Barbara Butler of Zionsville; several nieces and nephews and many extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin & Helen Scott Pasko, daughters, Jill & Julie Pasko; brother, Raymond Pasko; and a sister, Barbara Willis.
