Reva Thomas

Reva Rose Fortin was born in Dresden, Kansas on February 4, 1922, the twin daughter of Boin and Cora (Black) Fortin. Reva and Eva joined four brothers, Earl, Ray, Slim and Dale. The family moved to McCall and ran a Dray line. Reva married and had a step daughter, Shirley, and two daughters Kay and Judy. She worked at George Weitz Produce Farms and later moved to Lake Tahoe and lived with her twin sister and worked at the hospital. She returned to Nampa to be close to family. She enjoyed time with family,, babysitting, reading her bible, listening to hymns and drives to McCall with family.

Mom enjoyed skiing when she was younger, taking care of many people throughout her life, serving many family meals, and babysitting.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay (Dale) Kurpjuweit of Kuna, and Judy (Dick) Brock of Notus; and step-daughter, Shirley (Bill) of Alabama; and many grandchildren, great, and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray, Earl, Slim and Dale; twin sister, Eva; a granddaughter, Becky; Son-in-law, Bill Smith; step grandsons, Michael Smith and Alan Brock.
