Rev. Paul Wesley Gafford, 89, of Muncie, passed away on January 7, 2020, at the Golden Living Center in Muncie, IN.
He was born on February 24, 1930, in Goodland, Kansas. Paul graduated from Penrose High School and Colorado Springs Bible College. He retired in 1995 as a minister serving 8 churches in Colorado, Nebraska and Indiana.
Paul is survived by his children, Rachel (Doug) Hinton, Esther (Dennis) Slack, Meredith (Donna Jean) Gafford, Caroline (Jim) Staley, Wendell (Debbie) Gafford, 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one on the way, sister, Fannie Gafford, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles F. and Mary E. Gafford; wife of 67 years, Gloria June Gafford, who passed Oct. 13, 2019; siblings, Elmer “E.C.” Gafford, Mary and Martha Gafford, Emma Gafford and Frances Klingelsmith.
