Beloved husband of the late Virginia A. Eldridge, nee Wesselius. Loving father of Gail (Rev. Randall) Knoll, Kimberly (late Roger) Blummer, Betty (Barry) Palmer and Melody Eldridge. Dear grandfather of Alex (Carrie) Knoll, Melinda (Josh) Thiemeyer, Brian(Stefanie) Blummer, Jessica Knoll, David Blummer, Amber Knoll and great-grandfather of Aiden, Rachel, and Micah Knoll and Brooks Thiemeyer.

Preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Henrietta Eldridge and 6 siblings.
