Monsignor Horrigan moved to Denver from Iowa with his family at the age of 3. Attended St. John’s Grade School and St. Francis de Sales High School. Attended Regis College, St Thomas Seminary, and the North American College in Rome. Ordained a priest at the North American College on December 20, 1959.
