Rev. Harold F. Woodson, age 71, of Hoschton, GA passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father, John “Frankie” Woodson, and brother, Rev. Larry Woodson.
Rev. Woodson is survived by children, Lisa and Jon Custer of Tulsa, OK, Keith Woodson of Norcross, GA, Pastor Bryan Woodson and wife Ruth of Hoschton, GA; seven grandchildren, Rebekah Woodson, Andrea Woodson, Jonathan Woodson, Joel Woodson, Leisa Woodson, Luke Custer, Hadley Custer; mother, Marie Bonner Gore of Carbon Hill, AL; sister-in-law, Linda Woodson of Cartersville, GA; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Rev. Woodson was born on November 21, 1949 in Poplarville, CA.
He was a 1968 graduate of High Point Central High School. Rev. Woodson served in the ministry for fifty-three years, and during all those years, he served in different capacities. Also, he was an avid golfer.
