Rev. Earl “Billy” Locklear, 76, entered into new life on Saturday, September 30, 2017. Born April 02, 1941 in Robeson County, NC to the late Burley and Elsie Jane Locklear. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Sally “Lee” Hunt and Sarah Clark.
Rev. Locklear carried the Gospel of Christ for 45 years. He pastored New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Concord, NC and more recently Mt. Olive FWB, Kannapolis, NC. Rev. Locklear and his family traveled extensively singing and evangelizing for many years.
