Rennae L Clendenin, 72, of Middletown, went home to her heavenly Father after a courageous battle with cancer on September 24, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on July 11, 1943 in Madison Co., Indiana.
Rennae graduated from Highland High School, Class of 1961 and attended Ball State University. She was a retired Relationship Manager for Banking Industry (Citizens Bank/KeyBank). She was a member of Chesterfield Optimist Club where she was the treasurer and secretary. She also volunteered with numerous organizations and was an avid sports fan, especially Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Colts and watching her grandchildren play sports.
Rennae is survived by her loving children, Johnna (Jay) Barnard, Michelle (Michael) Newton and David (Anne) Clendenin, sisters, Tamara K. (Jim) Melton, Dana Waugh, sister in law, Nanette Achenbach, grandchildren, James Devan Barnard, Logan Barnard, Jayden Barnard, Morgan Hale, Marah Newton, and Adalynn Clendenin and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Buryl Achenbach, father, John Achenbach, and brother, John Achenbach, Jr.
