Mr. Reginald (Rico) Lamonta “Kool-Aid” McDonald

May 16, 1978 – November 9, 2022

 

Mr. Reginald “Kool-Aid” McDonald, 44, of Atlanta, Georgia, formerly of Stamps, Arkansas, was born to the late Ms. Myrtle Marie McDonald May 16, 1978.  Kool-Aid was an exceptionally well-mannered kid and was always concerned about those around him.  He left Stamps shortly after graduating high school and ended up spending the bigger majority of his adult life in the Atlanta, Georgia Metroplex, finally settling in Stockbridge as a self-employed landscaper.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Marie and both his maternal grandparents.  Mr. Sammie and Mrs. Myrtle Lee Davis-McDonald and is survived by his wife Arista Sade Pittman-McDonald of Stockbridge, Georgia, two sons, Rahmele Vaughns and Reginald McDonald, Jr. and a daughter Rahmya Vaughns.  Two Brothers Mr. Kelston (Judy) McDonald of Houston, Texas and Mr. Tristan (Whitley) Steward of Mineral Springs, Arkansas.  Three uncles, Mr. Bobby (Tanger) McDonald of Stamps. Arkansas, Mr. Lonnie McDonald of Magnolia, Arkansas, Mr. Lennie (Mya) McDonald of Stamps, Arkansas.  Three aunts, Mrs. Gladys (Johnny Lee) Smith of Lewisville, Arkansas, Ms. Mildred McDonald-Word of Texarkana, Arkansas of Texarkana, Arkansas and Mrs. Mary Ann (Dixon) Kelly of Texarkana, Arkansas.  His mother in law and father in law, Mr. Sterling and Mrs. Tammy Pittman of Stockbridge, Georgia.  A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and former co-workers.
