Regina (Casaceli) Zawisza, 85, of Colchester, passed away Saturday (Jan. 24, 2015) at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London. She was a survivor of cancer which she struggled with for over 40 years.
Born in Queens, NY on Jan. 14, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Isabel (Latonik) Casaceli. Regina was a graduate of Bellevue School of Nursing in NY.
She married August Chester Zawisza on June 30, 1956 at St.
