Mrs. Polkinghorne was born in Shenandoah, PA and resided in Trumbull since 1950. She was an avid gardener. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Polkinghorne Sr. and her son, Edward Polkinghorne Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Christine and her husband, James Wiebe of Madison, two grandchildren, Drew Wiebe and Brandon Wiebe and several nieces and nephews.
