Regina Mae Roberts, age 65, of Centralia, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Fireside House in Centralia. Regina was born November 24, 1952, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Kenneth G. Barker and Dessie (Foster) Williams.
She married Gary Roberts on October 17, 1969, in Arkansas, and he survives her in Centralia. In addition to her husband Gary of 49 years, she is survived by her father: Kenneth G. Barker; mother: Dessie Williams; three brothers: Danny Barker and wife Amazing Grace of Patoka, Darrell Barker and wife Linda of Rockford, and Kenneth Ray Barker and wife Linda of Rockford; one sister: Cindy Newhouse and husband Jack of Wisconsin; eight brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Brenda Ridgeon and husband William of Rockford, Roger Roberts and wife Paulette of Oklahoma, Nancy Stinde of Sandoval, Melvin Roberts of Centralia, Bruce Roberts of Centralia, Tina Bullard and husband Bill of Keenes, Ernest Roberts of Walnut Hill, and Lori Lyles and husband John of Tennessee; and also many nieces and nephews.
Regina was preceded in death by two brothers: Phillip Barker and Marty Barker. Regina was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church in Centralia for over 20 years. She enjoyed craftwork, making many different things including dream catchers. Regina and her husband Gary have had a produce stand for over 14 years. She enjoyed gardening and watching hummingbirds. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
