Regina Hopkins ( Nee Hall ) , age 72 of Vermilion passed away at Stein Hospice Center in Sandusky on Saturday September 11, 2021 following a long battle with cancer. She was born April 21, 1949 in Topmost, Kentucky and had lived in Hemet, California for many years before returning to Lorain County . She is survived by her sister Willetta Garcia, many uncles , aunts and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Lauren ” Hoppy ” Hopkins, parents Brownie & Gladys ( Nee Tuttle ) Hall and by sisters Ruby Cain and Dalphene Shavor.
