He is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years, Maria C. Gonzalez; daughter, Lidia E. Diaz of Harlingen; his son, Arnoldo Gonzalez of California; brother, Lucio Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Luis A. Juarez, Daniel I. Diaz, Isaac D. Diaz, Deric I. Diaz, Alyssia Gonzalez, Adrian L. Gonzalez, and Yuritci Gonzalez; and his son-in-law, Daniel Diaz.
