Our Quiet, Gentle Giant Father, Reed Bryan Haddock was reunited with his beloved sweetheart on October 26, 2016. He was 87 years young just 1 month shy of being 88. He was born Dec. 2, 1928 in Bloomington, Idaho to Jennings Bryan and Lorna Margaret Haddock. He was the only boy and third child of four children. He was educated at Fielding High School, Utah State University, and the DeVry Technical Institution and the School of Hard Knocks. His employment included farming (mainly to keep his children busy), lab technician and electrician at the phosphate mines, Stauffer Chemical in Leefe Wyoming, and Nuwest in Soda Springs.
He married Nola Matthews Haddock on October 30, 1948 and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.
