Forrester is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patsy L. Forrester, son David Forrester and Sherry, son Pat Forrester and Diana, daughter Jill Gregory and Sam, and four grandchildren, Patrick Forrester, Andrew Forrester, Forrest Gregory and Emma Gregory.
