“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”  From the day she entered this world, to the day she left it, Rebekah Jean Knox feared nothing and loved everything.

On Monday, March 14th, 2022, Bekah went home to be with the Lord.  She left us because she had nothing left to learn.  Unfortunately, we did.

Bekah woke every day with a smile and went to bed with that same smile.  It was not a mask; it was who she was.  It was real.  She was real.  There were few who did not love her and those that did not she took on as a personal challenge to be even nicer to.

Bekah was unique.  I never saw her have a bad day; I never saw her get truly angry.  At the same time, she had a love for rough games and full contact sports, channeling joy into almost every situation. If ever she got hit, pushed, or shoved she would smile and say, “nice hit!” And hold no malice, only pride and happiness, while blood trickled down her nose. She was incredible.

She loved everyone and everything, favoring time at the shelter walking dogs over video games; all though she loved to play video games with her brothers, just to spend time with them.  She wrote amazing sermons and encouraging notes.

Bekah is survived by…  By everyone and one heartbroken dog, named Tonka, who she loved dearly.

Bekah, we miss you dearly.  We are all just Broken.
