Rebecca Ann “Becky†Paul Richardson, 54, of 2092 Ringgold Rd, Ringgold, VA died Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Danville Regional Medical Center. Born June 17, 1955 in Danville, she was the daughter of Roy Luther Paul, Sr. and Rebecca Perkins Paul. She was a member of Lakewood Evangelical Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher, worked with the Christmas programs, active in the Circle of Sisters and Women’s Auxiliary and was a special caregiver. She was a homemaker and was married to Robert “Bob†Kelly Richardson, Jr. In addition to her husband of the residence and her parents, Becky is survived by a daughter, Kelly Sue Richardson Chapell and husband, Robert of Ringgold; a son, Robbie Lee Richardson and wife, Donna of Ringgold; a sister, Susan Gauldin and husband, Harold of Ringgold; a brother, Roy Luther Paul, Jr. of Sutherlin; two brothers-in-law, Ronnie Dean Richardson and wife Delores of Ringgold, and Dennis Glen Richardson and wife, Kim of Ringgold; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Weatherford of Asheville, NC; her grandchildren, Lauren Nicole Richardson and R. J. Richardson, and her nieces, Stormy Richardson of Ringgold and Denise Shelton Slayton of Danville and her loving pet “Dixieâ€.
