Rebecca Ann Strough, 59, of Pendleton, passed away Monday, September 22, 2014 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on June 17, 1955 in Anderson.
Rebecca enjoyed being outdoors driving her wheelchair day and night. One of her favorite pastimes was watching old movies and listening to oldies on the radio. Two of Becky’s favorite groups were the Beach Boys and The Lettermen. She was able to see both live in concert. She loved her family, who took care of her constantly. Her Dad Merril helped care for her for 57 years. She loved to watch channel 104, The Cartoon Channel.
Becky is survived by her mom Jean (Hunter) Strough of Pendleton; brothers Dick (Gwen) Strough of Fortville and Ronnie (Terre) Strough of McCordsville; sister Rita Doty of Pendleton; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her dad Merril V. “Doc” Strough.
