Reba Miller, 78, of Markleville, passed away on May 14, 2019, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional. She was born on March 23, 1941, in Monterey, Tennessee to the late James and Linnie Short.
She was an avid Nascar fan and was a member of the Sports Car Club of America. Reba loved to read harlequin romance books she enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Reba loved taking care of people especially her siblings with the help of Lee.
Reba is survived by her loving husband of 58 years whom she married March 9, 1961, Lee Miller, of Markleville, IN, daughters, April Miller (Marty) Vaughn Robin (Sean) Murphy, grandchildren, Spenser Vaughn, Sabrina Murphy, Sarah (John) Smith and Shelby (Jeremy) Bostic, great-grandchildren, Gabe Fulwider, Kendel Bostic, Nancy Fulwider, Kamryn Bostic and John Smith, in-laws, Irma (Paul) Dixon, Buddy Blair, Melvin (Nondace) Blair, Wanda (Paul) Smith, Linda Dice, Roy V. Blair, Marty (Jerry) Blackburn and Joey (Kristine) Miller, along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, J.D. Short, Monroe Short, Hattie L. Bilbrey, Pearl Tinch, Ollie Mae Phipps, Bertha Irene Breeding, Anna Plummer, Lillian Gertrude Key, Betty Ruth Short, Frances Gill, infant Short, granddaughters, Autumn Vaughn and Juanita Fulwider, sister-in-law Velma Phillips.
